CFC - Carbon-Fibre-Carbon

Dura Temp's DT-80 and DT-65 are our carbon-fibre-carbon materials. Both materials have higher temperature capabilities and mechanical strenght compared to graphite. This resulting on long service life (wear-life). These materials are recommended in hot environments where temperatures exceed the capabilities of our DT-1 & DT-2 material.

While our DT-80 is classic layered CFC material our DT-65 an extra edge, because of the impregnation threatment of the material it gets extra protection against thermal and mechanical wear. Making it an ideal material for the glass industry.
